ROCAM is constantly looking to expand.  To do this we frequently require very high quality personnel to join our operational staff.  Currently, most of ROCAM’s personnel are from Australia and New Zealand with extensive Special Forces military experience; however, we do not limit ourselves to these selection criteria.
