Crisis Response and Management

This can be a stand-alone training package or it can be incorporated into management training for organisations.  It prepares management, security teams and staff to become fully familiar with the emergency plans in place and culminates in scenario based training exercises.

The management team can be trained and tested as regularly as required. At ROCAM, we place a strong emphasis on the "train-the-trainer" approach; thereby empowering our clients to conduct their own internal training on a more regular basis.
